I am facing forclosure on my house here in Arkansas. My payments have gotten too high, and i can’t afford to keep making them on my current income. If they do foreclose on the property, and i owe a remainder on that amount, what are the options they will give me to repay the amount? Will i be given the opportunity to make payments on the remaining balance? Will they garnish my wages?
I have searched on what happens after foreclosure in arkansas and can find little more than what happens during the process.

We have a rental property that we can no longer afford payments. If it goes into foreclosure, will they come after our wages or make us do a 1099? We do not want to do a short sale.

My fiancee had a home in another state that ended up in foreclosure. Now his credit score has suffered. What is the best and fastest way to try to reestablish his credit? Before the foreclosure his credit score was great. He also owns the home we live in and is current on all his bills.

I live in a house where it might be facing foreclosure. I live with my uncle and his brother handle the finances. His brother is a liar and all the sudden says we are 4 months behind in payment and its going to be in foreclosure soon and after that it will be 30 days until evicted. Is that true?
